First-Generation Catholic Educator Earns Degree From Immaculata University

Kenia Perez Gutierrez, a first-generation college student who immigrated to the United States in 2005, earned an associate degree in education from Immaculata University in December and will return in 2026 to complete her bachelor’s degree.
