As a child, Shane Warner ’24 was exposed to hospitals and medical facilities when his father underwent a heart transplant. Wanting to give back to the medical field, Warner, who is an allied health major with a concentration in medical laboratory science (MLS), is spending his senior year of college completing the clinical portion of his 3+1 allied health program at the Hershey Medical Center.

Launching for the fall 2023 semester, the college will provide focused experiential learning for students interested in careers within the health care industry.

For a while, Sara Bagner thought ‘There’s no way, not me.’ But persistence, hard work and commitment have made her proud of where she is.

Although Connie already had 25 years of healthcare experience, she found Immaculata’s online Allied Health program worthwhile.
