From its first commencement in 1925 to the present day, Immaculata University has honored its graduates with tradition, reflection, and celebration.

Immaculata’s athletic legacy began with a 1946 women’s basketball victory over Temple and rose to national prominence in the 1970s when the “Mighty Macs” captured three consecutive AIAW national championships. Today, the University fields 24 NCAA Division III teams in the Atlantic East Conference, supported by top-tier facilities like Draper Walsh Stadium and the Mighty Mac Training Facility.

Carol Night, Immaculata’s oldest and most cherished tradition, has united the campus community in candlelight and song each year since 1921. What began with students singing carols by the glow of bayberry candles has grown into a joyful celebration with choral performances, instrumental music and participation from alumni.
