What does team spirit mean to you?

At Immaculata University team spirit is ubiquitous with our Mighty Macs.

With 23 NCAA, Division III varsity sports to choose from, student-athletes have ample opportunity to showcase their talent on the court, field, golf course or in the pool. Thirty percent of our undergraduate students choose to represent Immaculata in a sport or multiple sports.

In addition to excelling in sports, our student-athletes consistently earn recognition for their academic achievements as well.

Decorating the lobby of Alumnae Hall are three Waterford Crystal national championship trophies won by the 1972, 1973, and 1974 Mighty Macs women’s basketball teams. Also on display are playoff and championship trophies that demonstrates our proud sports heritage in addition to individual student-athlete awards.

Immaculata University Receives CSAC Institutional Academic Excellence Award

The Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) has announced that Immaculata University is the 2017-18 recipient of the CSAC Institutional Academic Excellence Award for the third time in school history. The award is given annually to the institution whose student-athletes, while competing in CSAC-sponsored sports, achieve the highest combined grade-point average for that academic year. Collectively, the Immaculata University student-athletes had a combined GPA of 3.371.

It is the third time that Immaculata has been awarded the highest academic award by the conference office, as the Mighty Macs also claimed the honor in 2011-12 and 2013-14.
