What does team spirit mean to you?

At Immaculata University team spirit is ubiquitous with our Mighty Macs.

With 23 NCAA, Division III varsity sports to choose from, student-athletes have ample opportunity to showcase their talent on the court, field, golf course or in the pool. Thirty percent of our undergraduate students choose to represent Immaculata in a sport or multiple sports.

In addition to excelling in sports, our student-athletes consistently earn recognition for their academic achievements as well.

Decorating the lobby of Alumnae Hall are three Waterford Crystal national championship trophies won by the 1972, 1973, and 1974 Mighty Macs women’s basketball teams. Also on display are playoff and championship trophies that demonstrates our proud sports heritage in addition to individual student-athlete awards.

Champs! Mighty Macs Win CSAC

For the first time in program history, the No. 3 Immaculata softball team (28-14) claimed the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) championship with a 6-4 victory over No. 4 Neumann and will advance to the NCAA Tournament for the first time ever.

The Mighty Macs received another outstanding pitching performance from junior Jessica Bormann, who was named the Tournament’s Most Valuable Player, and a big swing from freshman Keani Hindle, who blasted a two-run home run in the third that proved to be pivotal.
