As a student at IU, you’ll have access to a wide variety of academic and social activities that will enhance your college experience. We have something for all students including leadership opportunities, social, recreational, spiritual, and cultural enrichment programs. There are over 30 student clubs and organizations to join, and more than 20 athletic sports teams—including esports and the newest addition, flag football (coming in 2024-25).

Campus life at Immaculata University is designed to foster academic success, personal growth, leadership, and a strong sense of community rooted in the University’s Catholic heritage. Students enjoy a close-knit campus environment, cocurricular programming and numerous opportunities to get involved.

Immaculata offers more than 30 student-run clubs and organizations, including:

  • Academic clubs (Exercise Science Club, Student Nursing Association, Business Club)
  • Service organizations (Catholic Relief Services, Habitat for Humanity)
  • Affinity (Asian Student Association, Black and Latin Student Union, IU for Women)
  • Campus Ministry & faith-based clubs
  • Student Government Association (SGA)
  • Performance & media groups (Cue & Curtain Theatre, the Art Club, student publications)
  • Special interest clubs like Yoga Club, Futsal Club and more

Students are also encouraged to start their own club with support from the Office of Student Life.
