Immaculata University welcomed six new full-time faculty members for the fall semester.

At a recent AI in Education conference hosted by Immaculata University, faculty members Laura Eisemann, Ed.D.; Kelly Doyle, Ed.D.; and Karen Miscavage, Ed.D., explored the evolving role of artificial intelligence across K-12 and higher education.

During a press conference at Immaculata University, Dr. William Watson, his twin brother Rev. Frank Watson, and members of the Duffy’s Cut team revealed the discovery of human remains in Downingtown’s Northwood Cemetery—evidence of a second mass grave linked to the 1832 Duffy’s Cut tragedy.

Dr. Qian Jia, a nutrition professor at Immaculata University, researches antimicrobial resistance (AMR) in foodborne pathogens affecting poultry, a growing human health risk linked to antibiotic overuse in food-producing animals.

In a first for Immaculata University, this long-time faculty member appeared on the popular TV game show, “Jeopardy!”

William Carr, DMA, Steinway Artist and long-time professor of music and piano will be performing at the No Name Pops concert, Broadway in the Burbs, held at Immaculata University on Feb. 17, 2024.

Willam Carr, DMA, Steinway Artist, has been teaching in Immaculata University’s Music Department for over 30 years. He will now also bring his expertise to a younger generation as he serves as the first scholar-in-residence at the Malvern Preparatory School.
