Immaculata University now offers online Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Science in Strategic Leadership degree programs. Both programs are competitively priced at $500 per credit, totaling $15,000 for either degree, which is significantly less expensive than comparable graduate business programs at most universities in the region.

Both programs are offered online with synchronous course delivery in seven-week sessions and require 30 graduate credits, which may be completed in five semesters. Students in either the Online MBA or the Online Master’s in Strategic Leadership can delve into specific areas related to the business field and earn standalone certificates or build stackable credentials to advance their careers. Additionally, Immaculata’s undergraduate students can enroll in a 4+1 program where they take two classes (six credits) during their senior year, then take the remaining eight classes (24 credits) as a graduate student over the over the following 14 months.

“The business faculty at Immaculata are proud and excited about the expansion of our graduate degree offerings,” states Mark McFadden, Ed.D., chair of the Department of Business, Fashion and Leadership.  “With the addition of the Master of Business Administration and M.S. in Strategic Leadership, our business portfolio is impressive, attractive and competitive.”

Immaculata’s Online MBA program prepares ethical, driven leaders for today’s workplace and beyond. Students can complete the general MBA track or graduate with concentrations in financial planning, health care management, or leadership. Students can simultaneously earn certificates in leadership and/or health care management, or they can prepare to sit for the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) exam.

Earning an MBA is associated with higher earnings, expanded career opportunities and advanced-level positions. Through Immaculata’s distinctive leadership core, MBA concentration, and various track options, this program prepares graduates to advance their careers in an ever-changing business landscape. Immaculata’s faculty help students meet these demands through foundational and specialized coursework.

The M.S. in Strategic Leadership is tailored to students seeking an outcome-focused business degree without the undergraduate business prerequisites required for MBA studies. The curriculum for the program emphasizes a cross-disciplinary approach that is broad enough to attract professionals from across industries. Students will learn foundational leadership skills as well as market-relevant leadership topics, including politics, power, culture and environmental leadership.

“Immaculata’s new graduate degrees are a perfect complement to our undergraduate business programs,” states President Barbara Lettiere ’72. “As someone who earned an MBA, I recognize that an advanced business degree is an important credential for anyone interested in pursuing a career in business.”
