Dedicated to helping employers meet the increasing demand for health care professionals, Immaculata University’s newly formed College of Nursing and Health Professions builds upon Immaculata’s 90+ years of health care education experience to provide experiential learning to today’s outcome-oriented, cost-conscious students. Immaculata has prepared thousands of nursing and health care professionals to serve patients with compassion and competence.

Top-notch labs and learning facilities

You will have access to modern learning facilities, including the new Parsons Science Pavilion and labs for nursing simulation, biology and chemistry, anatomy and physiology, foods and nutrition, exercise science and athletic training. You can use advanced technical and educational tools, including the Anatomage Table, an advanced 3-D anatomy visualization system used by leading medical schools, which will help you gain detailed knowledge of bodily structures and systems.

The NCLEX pass rates for IU nursing graduates have surpassed the national average since 2017.

Clinical Specialties

IU offers 10 concentrations in allied health, partnering with 6 affiliated schools including Johns Hopkins School of Medical Imaging and Penn State Health Hershey Medical Center.

Accredited Programs

The baccalaureate and master’s degree programs in nursing are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education, and the Didactic Program in Dietetics and Dietetic Internship are accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics.
