Application Process and Requirements
You may apply to the doctoral program in educational leadership and administration for the fall, spring or summer semesters. All students entering the program must hold a master’s degree from an accredited graduate program.
A complete application for admission will include the following:
1: Admission Application
You must submit the online application form.
2: Official Transcripts
- Official transcripts sent from each undergraduate and graduate school you have attended. Transcripts must be received electronically or in a signed and sealed envelope directly from the Registrar’s office. Please have official transcripts electronically sent from the school registrar(s) to gradadmission@immaculata.edu or mailed to:

3: References
Three completed reference forms appraising your capacity for doctoral study. Electronic reference forms, including instructions, are available within the application portal upon submission of an application.
4: Personal Goals Statement
A two page, double spaced, typed and signed statement of your educational pursuits in education.
5: Resume
6: Interview
Official interview with a faculty member scheduled once all application materials are received.
If you are an international student, you must submit an official TOEFL score directly to the College of Graduate Studies along with additional documentation.
