Immaculata University’s Master of Science in Management and Leadership will help you increase your leadership capacity and build your career in management. This comprehensive specialized business degree focuses on the human side of enterprise, combining traditional management skills for navigating organizational complexity with exemplary leadership behaviors for enacting change.

In this program, you will take management courses directed at enhancing your problem-solving and decision-making skills to support positive organizational outcomes. You will also take leadership courses that incorporate evidence-based practices to help you lead the changes necessary for organizations to thrive. Together, this critical set of management and leadership abilities will enable you to effectively supervise and transform any organization.

Program Delivery and Completion

You can begin this streamlined 30-credit program in fall, spring, or summer semesters, and complete the program in only two years of part-time study. Classes are offered in a hybrid format, enhancing face-to-face learning with online instruction. Each course meets from 6-10pm every other week.
