Application Deadlines and Special Notes
The College of Graduate Studies main campus operates on a rolling admissions basis for applications unless noted below.
Off-campus locations operate on a cohort format with specific deadlines and start dates. For application deadlines for off-campus cohorts, contact Graduate Admission at gradadmission@immaculata.edu or 484-323-3005.
Master of Athletic Training (MAT)
The deadline for submitting applications and required materials to the MAT program is June 1st for a summer start. Applications are submitted directly through the ATCAS website.
Doctor of Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.)
The deadline for submitting applications and required materials to the Psy.D. program is December 15th for a fall start. If the date falls on a weekend, the deadline is the following Monday.

Counselor Education and Supervision (Ph.D.)

Clinical Nutrition M.S. with Dietetic Internship
Beginning in the 2026-2027 academic year, we will accept applications for our Summer 2027 cohort in the Fall and Spring application periods. For the Fall 2026 application period, the application must be completed in DICAS by October 1, 2026. Interviews will be conducted in October, and accepted applicants will be notified on or before November 1, 2026. Applicants must notify IU if the spot is accepted on or before November 10, 2026. Applicants interested in our Sport Nutrition pathway must apply in the Fall. If spots remain after the Fall 2026 application period, the DICAS application will reopen for the Spring 2027 application period. Applications must be completed in DICAS by February 1, 2027. Interviews will be conducted in February, and accepted applicants will be notified on or before March 1, 2027. Applicants must notify IU if the spot is accepted on or before March 10, 2027.
Enrichment Studies
Applicants for enrichment studies may take up to six credits at the Master’s level. Complete the online application and submit official copies of all undergraduate and graduate transcripts.
