NOTE: If applying to the Master of Athletic Training (MAT) program, you must apply through the Athletic Training Centralized Application System (ATCAS). Please see the Admissions Requirements found on that program page.

All Programs (Except MAT)
Use this to apply for all programs except Master of Athletic Training (MAT) and Dietetic Internship programs.
Master of Athletic Training (MAT)
Use this to apply to the MAT program through ATCAS.
Program Application Deadlines
The College of Graduate Studies main campus operates on a rolling admissions basis for applications unless noted below.
Off-campus locations operate on a cohort format with specific deadlines and start dates. For application deadlines for off-campus cohorts, contact Graduate Admission at gradadmission@immaculata.edu or 484-323-3005.
Master of Athletic Training (MAT)
The deadline for submitting applications and required materials to the MAT program is June 1st for a summer start. Applications are submitted directly through the ATCAS website.
Doctor of Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.)
The deadline for submitting applications and required materials to the Psy.D. program is December 15th for a fall start. if the date falls on a weekend, the deadline is the following Monday.
Test scores are optional. If you have questions, please contact graduate@immaculata.edu.
Clinical Nutrition M.S. with Dietetic Internship
Each applicant must apply through the Dietetic Internship Centralized Application Service (DICAS) and register with D&D Digital by February 15, 2024. The application window for fall 2024 is July 24, 2023 through February 15, 2024.
- July 24, 2023: DICAS Application opens
- December 1, 2023: D&D Digital Registration opens
- February 15, 2024: Deadline for completing DICAS Application and D&D Digital Registration
