Continuing Education Audit Privileges
Through the College of Adult Professional Studies, any alumnus may audit any undergraduate course at no cost. Graduate level classes, workshops, seminars, online classes, art studio courses, and private lessons are excluded. No credit is given and no record is transcribed. A lab fee is charged if one is indicated in the course schedule. The student is responsible for the cost of books and supplies.
Alumni receive the Immaculata Magazine seasonally throughout the year. The publication contains articles about new developments at Immaculata, highlights IU faculty and students, alumni profiles and class notes. To submit a class note, just update your contact information here. You may see your news in an upcoming edition of the Immaculata Magazine!
“Highlights from the Hill” is a Newsletter for the Alumni, Parents, and Friends of Immaculata University, published on the 1st and 15th of each month. This electronic newsletter contains information from all over campus, and helps to keep the Immaculata Community connected to their “Home under the Dome.” If you are not receiving the newsletter, but would like to, let us know and we will add you to the distribution list!

Transcripts & Diplomas
Alumni can obtain official transcripts of their academic records from the Registrar. All outstanding financial obligations must be met before official transcript copies can be issued.
Didn’t pick up your diploma? Learn more about picking up your diploma, requesting that it be mailed, ordering a replacement, or obtaining a diploma with a name change.
