How to Apply
You can apply to Immaculata’s adult professional programs in four simple steps. If you have questions, please contact us via admiss@immaculata.edu or by phone at 484-323-3060.
Our admissions counselors are standing by to help if you need it.
Step 1: Apply for admission
If you want to earn an undergraduate degree or certificate from IU, please fill out our free online application form.
If you want to take some classes at IU without seeking a degree or certificate, please fill out the application form for visiting/non-degree students.
Step 2: Send transcripts
Official transcripts from all colleges you have attended are required. Request transcripts from the colleges to be sent directly to Immaculata, either electronically to admiss@immaculata.edu or by mail to Admissions, 1145 King Road, Immaculata, PA 19345.
If you have fewer than 24 college credits, you must also submit an official high school or GED transcript.
- Students applying to the R.N. to B.S.N. program only:
- Send transcript from your accredited (CCNE, ACEN, or CNEA) RN program
- Send verification of your active and unencumbered PA RN license
- Additional requirements for international students
After we have reviewed your transcripts, you will receive a credit review, outlining what courses you need to complete to earn your degree.
Step 3: File your FAFSA
We recommend filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as you can. Check for your state’s deadline. Don’t forget to enter Immaculata University’s School Code: 00327600.
Step 4: Complete your Immaculata University aid application
After completing your FAFSA, you must complete the institutional aid application. This application captures information not on the FAFSA, which will enable us to more accurately prepare your financial aid package for the academic year.
