Important Update

The University continues to monitor the spread of COVID-19, and campus offices are currently closed. The Office of the Registrar, like all other academic and administrative departments, continues to operate remotely to serve you.

Please note, although we strive to minimize the impact to services and continue to support you, paper transcripts, replacement diplomas, and any additional hard copy forms/documents will not be available from our office at this time.

While paper transcripts are not available at this time, electronic transcripts are still available via National Student Clearinghouse online ordering center. Please use the link provided to place your order.

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for:

  • Maintaining academic records
  • Processing transcript requests
  • Enrollment verification for insurance/degree verification
  • Degree Audit

The Office of the Registrar is located in the Terrace Level of Villa Maria Hall, Suite 30, and it is open Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Fridays 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
