Diploma Information

Immaculata University confers degree three times a year: January, May and August. Diplomas may be picked up/mailed approximately one week after the Commencement Ceremony.

Mail Delivery

There is a $15 fee to deliver a diploma by USPS first class mail to a U.S. address. Diplomas will not be mailed to P.O. Boxes.

In-Person Pickup

Once available, the diploma may be picked up at the Registrar’s Office, Villa Maria Hall, Suite 30, Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Please note that May-August diplomas may only be picked up until noon on Fridays. A photo ID is required.

Replacement Diplomas

Immaculata University will provide replacement diplomas upon request. The fee for a replacement diploma is $65. Please note that duplicate diplomas will be issued with the original name. Complete the Request for a Duplicate Diploma Form.

Ordering a Diploma Under a New Name

Requests from Immaculata graduates for a change of name after graduation are evaluated on an individual basis. Requests for a change of name due to marriage, divorce, naturalization or a court-ordered change of name will be considered.

The original diploma must be returned. A graduate may not hold two diplomas for the same degree/major. If the original diploma is not returned, the word “Duplicate” will be printed on the replacement diploma.

To request a diploma under a new name, please mail the following to Immaculata University, Office of the Registrar, Villa Maria Hall Room 30, 1145 King Road, Immaculata, PA 19345.

Please note that replacement diplomas take four to six weeks to update.
