Tuition Refunds

Tuition refunds are determined in accordance with the University's Tuition Rate Refunds schedule below. The notification date of a drop or withdrawal is the date the University receives notification from the student, either electronically or in writing. The cessation of attendance and/or failure to log into a course does not constitute an official drop or withdrawal.

Students charged the comprehensive tuition rate are not eligible for a tuition refund unless they withdraw from the University during the established tuition refund period. Fees associated with a course are non-refundable once the term has begun.

Tuition Rate Refunds

Immaculata University will refund tuition when the student withdraws prior to the end of the fourth calendar week of class according to the following chart.

Accelerated Classes (7-8 Weeks)

When a student withdraws from a course that meets 7-8 weeks, Immaculata University will refund tuition on a calendar week basis, when notification occurs as follows:

When a student withdraws from an accelerated course that meets once per week, Immaculata University will refund tuition on a calendar week basis, when notification occurs as follows:

When a student withdraws from a course that meets four or fewer times over the entire semester, Immaculata University will refund tuition on a calendar week basis, when notification occurs as follows:
