Residential Communities
Immaculata University has five residential community options available to students:
- DeChantal Hall
- Marian Hall
- Lourdes Hall
- Villa Maria Hall
- West Campus Apartments
Amenities
- All resident students are provided with a bed, desk, chair, dresser and closet/wardrobe for use in their residential assignment.
- All accommodations have air conditioning.
- Each residential area is wired for basic cable. No converters required, just hook up the TV and go!
- Wi-fi is available in all residential areas. You can also connect portable devices to the wi-fi network (i.e. Xbox, Kindle, etc.) through communication with the Helpdesk.
- Laundry operates “home-style” – no coins or cards needed!
- Kitchens are located throughout the housing.
- Every room has a sink and vanity.
- Microfridge – You can rent a micro-fridge unit for your room. Get more information at www.mymicrofridge.com.

Lourdes Hall
- Lourdes houses women resident students.
- Single, double suite-style room options
- Single rooms are approximately 16′ 6″ x 9′ 6″ and double rooms are approximately 15′ 6″ x 12″
- Shared bathroom between two rooms with tub shower
Villa Maria Hall
- Houses both men and women, and is co-ed by wing
- Double room options with a shared bathroom
- Due to the historical architecture in Villa Maria, room sizes vary.
- Large central lounge and lounges on each wing
West Campus Apartments
- Built in 2014
- Houses upperclassmen
- Five single rooms in each apartment with shared kitchen, rest rooms/shower rooms, and living room
- Bedrooms measure approximately 12′ 6″ x 8′ 6″
Security
- Campus safety officers monitor the residence halls and the entire campus.
- ID swipe card access is located at the entrance to each residence hall.
- Residence Life and Housing staff participate in after-hours duty to promote community-building and safety and to ensure coverage for emergencies and adherence to community standards.
