Technology Helpdesk During Winter Break

The Technology Helpdesk will be closed for Winter Break from Dec. 20, 2025 through Jan. 4, 2026.

Please note that while initial responses to tickets or voicemails may be delayed during this period, all inquiries will still be reviewed. OTS Leadership will monitor incoming issues and take appropriate action as needed.

As a reminder, please provide the best method of contact when reporting any issues after hours or when the University is closed so that we can reach out to you if necessary.
