New MyIU Portal

If you haven’t taken the time to explore the new MyIU portal, now is the perfect time.

Campus-wide feedback concerning the current portal indicated a need for a more streamlined, user-friendly and reliable platform. The new portal addresses these issues and makes it easier to navigate, search for information and quickly find the campus resources you need. User permissions determine which content is available, so not all users will have access to the same information. For example, students cannot access faculty and staff content.

The current MyIU portal will remain the default through September to give users time to become familiar with the new portal. Access the new portal by clicking the link on the right side of the current MyIU home dashboard after logging in.

To help get you started, a series of training videos introduces the new portal and provides step-by-step guidance for content creators and other common tasks. Training videos are available from the link on the right side of the new MyIU home page. Please do not edit content without proper training. Contact the Help Desk if you have additional questions.

The redesigned MyIU portal is expected to replace the current portal on or around October 2. We encourage everyone to explore the new portal before it becomes the default.
