Spring 2026 Parking Permits
Student parking permits purchased by Dec. 31, 2025, should be available at the Lourdes Campus Safety main office the first day of spring semester classes. Those who purchased permits after the deadline should check the Dome Digest and/or the permit information placards posted outside the Lourdes and DeChantal Campus Safety offices and outside the OneCard office. The placards are updated daily. Permits cannot be mailed.
Parking on Campus
Parking on the Immaculata University campus for students, faculty and staff is by permit only. Permits must be visible in the vehicle windshield.
Students
All students, including those living off campus, must purchase a parking permit to park in any campus parking lot, including lots designated for General Parking. The fee for a part-time student is $25.00 for an academic year. The fee for a full time student (12 or more credits) is $50.00 for an academic year. The replacement fee for a lost permit is $10.00. No refunds will be made after payment has been made.
Students must purchase a parking permit online.
Parking permits purchased by July 31 (Dec. 31 for those students starting IU in January) should be available for pick-up beginning 9 a.m., the first day of classes. Permits will be available only at the Lourdes Campus Safety desk (open 24/7).
Students who purchased a permit after the July 31 (or Dec. 31) deadline must monitor the IU website, IU Dome Digest or the placards at each Campus Safety desk and outside the OneCard office for information regarding permit availability.
Restrictions:
- Upper-class students: Parking is only authorized in Lot E or the designated general parking areas in Lots B, C and I.
- Freshman students: Parking is only authorized in Lot A or the designated general parking areas in Lots B, C and I.
- Commuter students: Parking is only authorized in Lots A, B, C, H and I; Lot D restricted to 4 p.m. - 11 p.m. No commuter overnight parking.
There is NO parking enforcement ‘grace’ period for handicap, fire-zone, employee or faculty (Lot D, F, G) or circle (DC, Gillet, Lourdes, Nazareth, VM, etc.) violations.
Campus Safety Officers are NOT authorized to approve parking exemptions.
Faculty and Staff
To obtain an Immaculata University parking permit faculty and staff should email the One Card office at onecard@immaculata.edu to request the most up-to-date vehicle registration form. OneCard can no longer accept outdated registration forms.
Temporary
Guests and temporary parking passes are available in the Department of Safety and Protection office inside the entrance to Lourdes Hall.
Parking Fines
Vehicle/parking violations may result in fines, vehicle immobilization with boot, or vehicle removal. Handicap and fire-zone parking violations will be ticketed and may be referred to municipal or state authoritiesfor fines and towing.
Parking fines must be paid online within ten (10) days of the issue date. Fines not paid within 10 days will be charged to the violators IU Business Office/Student account.
Parking ticket appeals must be filed within ten (10) days of the issue date using the Parking Ticket Appeal form. Appeals filed after the deadline will not be reviewed or approved. A copy of the ticket must be submitted with the appeal form.
There is an incremental boot administration fee starting at $100 and increasing with each additional boot application.

Public Transportation
The University is serviced by the SEPTA Route 92 bus, which travels from Exton/West Chester to King of Prussia. In addition to a stop at Immaculata University, bus stops include the Malvern and Paoli regional rail train stations. This train can be taken into center city Philadelphia.
