Donor-Advised Fund Giving
A donor-advised fund is a simple, tax-smart investment solution for charitable giving. You can make a big impact on our students with a gift through your donor-advised fund.
What is a Donor-Advised Fund?
A donor advised fund (DAF) is a charitable giving program that allows you to combine the most favorable tax benefits with the flexibility to support your favorite causes. If you have a donor advised fund, DAF Direct enables you to recommend grants to Immaculata University, directly from your DAF (as long as your DAF’s sponsoring organization is participating).
If you have a donor-advised fund with Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, or BNY Mellon, you can make your grant recommendation to The Immaculata Fund or the designation of your choice through the DAF Direct online form below.
Please contact Susan Arnold, Vice President for Institutional Advancement at (484) 323-3198 if you have any questions.
Ensure You Receive Credit for Your Gift to IU
Immaculata University is experiencing a growing trend of receiving gifts which do not identify the donor. These gifts are processed through third party processors for donors on behalf of their related banks and corporations for RMD and IRA distributions, and matching gifts. They are often submitted to IU without a donor name, unbeknownst to that donor. IU can process the funds but must attribute them to "Anonymous."
If you have not received a gift acknowledgement for your donation, please email Susan Arnold, VP for Institutional Advancement at sarnold@immaculata.edu with the amount of the check and name of the financial institution who processed your donation.
Please ensure that all donations through third party processors are submitted to IU with your name on them so you will be credited for the gift.
