Volunteer for Commencement
Commencement is exciting, not just for our graduates and their guests, but for the entire IU community. Immaculata University celebrates commencement with three distinct events:
- Baccalaureate – Saturday, May 16, 2026, at 4:30 p.m.
- Graduate Commencement – Sunday, May 17, 2026, at 10 a.m.
- Undergraduate Commencement – Sunday, May 17, 2026, at 2 p.m.
To provide the best experience for our graduates and their guests, it is essential that we have administrators on site who can assist with student and guest check in, ushering, special needs seating, and other duties. To ensure enough support that weekend, we are asking you to sign-up for two ceremonies.
Note: volunteers for Baccalaureate will be capped at 15 and will be removed as an option once that number is reached.
