Summer Facilities Projects

Elevator Maintenance and Library Update

Each of the elevators listed below will be shut down for approximately 4 hours during their scheduled maintenance time. Please let us know if there are any issues, and we will work to accommodate accordingly.

Monday, July 13

• 7 a.m.-11 a.m. – Villa Maria
• 11 a.m.-3 p.m. – Nazareth Hall

Tuesday, July 14

• 7 a.m.-11 a.m. – Loyola Hall
• 11 a.m.-3 p.m. – Good Counsel

Air conditioning maintenance continues in the Gabriele Library, so the library remains closed until further notice. We will provide an update as soon as the maintenance is complete and the library is ready to reopen.

• Installation of new flooring on the 1st Floor

Campuswide

• Replacement of various building signage
• Replacement of concrete at Lot A
• Parking lot Line Striping of the Campus

Dechantal

• Replacement of concrete in courtyard area

Faculty Center

• Replacement of HVAC units

Gabriele Library

• Replacement of Flat Roofs

Good Counsel

• Elevator door repair

Lourdes Hall

• Replacement of dorm entry doors on 3rd & 4th Floor
• Installation of roller shades in all dorm rooms on 3rd & 4th Floor
• Touch up paint in Great Hall

Loyola Hall

• Installation of Roller Shades in Rm. 127

Villa Maria Hall

• Replacement of Terrace level Carpet in Villa, Lourdes, Nazareth
• Painting of the Green Room
• Installation of roller shades in 3rd Floor East & West Dorm Rooms
• Installation of new flooring at the East and West Stairwells on 1st & 2nd Floor
