Spring Physical Activity Courses

Don’t forget there are several activity courses that you can take this spring. The courses are 1 credit and are REPEATABLE, which means if you liked it, you can take it again. Consider taking one this spring!

PED 22 – Yoga (1 credit) – Thursdays 3pm-4pm
PED 232- Zumba (1 credit) – Mondays, 5:00pm-6:00pm
PED 319 – Pickleball (1 credit) – Fridays, 10:00am-11:00am
PED 324 – Weight Training for Women (1 credit) – Tues and Thurs, 8am (first half of semester)
PED 219 – Weight Training (1 credit) – Tues and Thurs, 8am (2nd half of semester)

EXS107 – American Red Cross Lifeguard Training (2 credits) – Fridays, 12:30-2:30
