Submit an Event

Immaculata University faculty, staff and students may use this form to submit an event to be included in our calendar. Please be prepared with an event title, description, dates and times, and location. You may submit an image to be displayed with your event; preferred size is 800 x 600 pixels in JPG or PNG format. For category, most events should select "On Campus."

Submitting an Effective Event Listing

Event Title
Use a brief but descriptive title to identify your event.

Event Description
Provide a detailed but concise description of what people can expect when attending the event.

Event Date & Time
Select date from calendar and time from select box.

Event Image (Optional)
Graphics or photos should be sized at 800 x 600 pixels in JPG or PNG format.

Event Categories
Select the appropriate category. "On Campus" is best for campus events. Use "Academics" for speakers or panel discussions.

Venue Details
Many campus locations will appear if you start typing. If not, create a new venue. Address information is optional.

Organizer Details
Please provide your name and email address in case we need to contact you.

Event Website
Include if there is a link for more information or tickets.

Event Cost
Include if there is a fee.
