Photo Guidelines

Please follow these guidelines to submit a photo for your OneCard.

  • Photos must be in .jpg format, taken in portrait mode (NOT landscape).
  • Use a plain, light/white background.
  • Face forward, use a full, clear image of your face (think Passport photo).
  • Ensure the photo does not contain “red-eye”.
  • Prescription glasses can be worn. Ensure that your eyes can be seen clearly with no reflection.
  • No hats or sunglasses. Items worn for religious or medical purposes are permitted if your full face is visible.
  • Your face must NOT be obscured in the photo.
  • Include your name, student number (A00…) and status (resident or commuter) in your email.

Photos must be in the .jpg format and cannot come from Apple or Google docs, share-drives, GoogleDrive, LinkedIn or Zip files.

Email OneCard@Immaculata.edu.  The .jpg photo must be attached to the email.  The email MUST contain your name, student number and status (resident or commuter).

If you are starting in the fall semester and submit an acceptable photo by July 31, your ID will be available at New Student Orientation (NSO).  If you submit a photo after the deadline, you will receive an email when your ID is ready.
