20Below Alumni

The 20BELOW Alumni Council is comprised of alumni volunteers whose objective is to support the goals of the Immaculata University Alumni Association specifically on matters pertaining to alumni of the last 20 years. The council members are an integral part of Immaculata’s Institutional Advancement team. They work collaboratively with the Office of Alumni Relations and assist with development of programs and communications tailored to the University’s recent alumni. The

20BELOW Alumni Council also helps in the identification and recruitment of other volunteers and future leaders in ways that deepen their commitment to the University and prepare them for active alumni leadership roles.

Member Responsibilities and Expectations

• Meet online once per quarter
• Actively participate in Alumni Relations programming and encourage participation of fellow alumni
• Assist with the peer-to-peer marketing and execution of events and activities
• Support the University annually by making a gift of any amount and/or becoming a member of the Maxis Associates, Immaculata’s leadership giving society
• Help steward fellow recent alumni donors
• Serve as a resource to other recent alumni in your area who are looking to get involved and stay connected to Immaculata
• Assist in the identification and recruitment of new volunteers for roles such as class agents, class representatives, and the Board of Governors

Named for Mother Theresa Maxis Duchemin, the co-founder of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, The Maxis Society recognizes and honors leadership annual giving at Immaculata University. Maxis Society members are part of a network of alumni, parents and friends who strongly believe in the mission of Immaculata and support its continued progress and growth.

Graduates of the last 20 years are offered membership in The Mother Theresa Maxis Duchemin Society as Maxis Associates, supporting Immaculata at leadership giving levels defined according to their class year.

Maxis Associates are offered exclusive benefits including an invitation to the President’s Carol Night Reception.

Monthly giving is recommended for ease of donating but is not required. One-time annual payments of the designated amount are also acceptable. Membership is sustained by continual annual support.
