BIOGRAPHY:
Victoria Squicciarini, MSN, RN, is an instructor and bedside nurse with over a decade of experience at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, specializing in progressive care and medical-surgical nursing. Her academic and professional interests include research on engagement, burnout prevention, values-based strategies in nursing education, culturally congruent communication, and global nursing initiatives. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing and presents regularly at hospitals and conferences on topics related to patient education, communication, ethics, and resilience in nursing practice.
