We Need to Talk: The Art of Communication & Connection Workshop

The Mighty Insight Speaker Series, in collaboration with Cogwell, the DEI Office, and the Department of Communication, English and Media Studies, invites you to an engaging workshop exploring the skills that foster meaningful conversations and stronger relationships.

Featuring presentations by Dr. Sean Flannery and Dr. Melissa Rice, the workshop will explore key aspects of interpersonal communication, including navigating conflict, resolving disagreements constructively and practicing active listening. Following the presentations, participants will take part in a small-group workshop designed to put these skills into practice, encourage dialogue, and strengthen connection across perspectives.
