Dear Immaculata Community,

Today’s responsorial psalm is from Psalm 27; The Lord is my light and my salvation. We are now in Holy Week, and it is surely the most sacred time of the liturgical year, culminating in the crucifixion of Jesus on Good Friday. The first and last verses confirm this response for us personally!

The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom should I fear?
The LORD is my life’s refuge; of whom should I be afraid?

I believe that I shall see the bounty of the LORD in the land of the living.
Wait for the LORD with courage; be stouthearted and wait for the LORD.
