Why I’m Interested in Serving on the Alumni Board of Governors:

I would like the opportunity to continue to serve on the ABOG.  I have enjoyed the ability to connect with Immaculata and have tried to be of service to IU.

I am excited to run for a second term on the Immaculata Alumni Board of Governors. The ABOG has allowed me to make new connections among the diverse alums of Immaculata. I enjoyed my committee work exploring ways universities provide opportunities for their alumni. I have learned about the breadth and depth of the Alumni Office's work for our graduates and Immaculata. The ABOG and the Alumni Office work to help Immaculata bring positive and creative opportunities to graduates so they can stay connected and enjoy the benefits of being an Immaculata graduate.

My professional journey has blended the business and education worlds. Both careers started at Immaculata. I received my BA in Economics in 1990. In 2005, I returned to Immaculata to study for my teaching credentials. I currently run a small business that involves tutoring elementary students and adults seeking their teaching credentials. Additionally, I serve on Immaculata's Business Advisory Board.
