BIOGRAPHY:

Dr. Shayna Finn is a recent graduate of James Madison University’s Ph.D. in Counseling and Supervision program. She is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and currently a pre-licensed mental health clinician with a passion for working with young adults.

Shayna has several research interests and is involved in multiple research teams. These include crisis response in higher education, a collaborative autoenthography on positionality, a content analysis of disaster mental health in the counseling curriculum, and climate change and mental health impacts. She welcomes and looks forward to supporting student research.
