BIOGRAPHY:

Sarah has been with Immaculata University since 2020, and teaches in the Department of Business, Fashion and Leadership. Prior to working at Immaculata, she served as the Director of Human Resources in a suburban Chester County School District, as an Instructional Designer, and a Human Resources lead for disaster services volunteers. Her career has focused on creating workplace cultures that are inclusive, respectful, and competent.  Through her work in training and development, she has been able to effectively prepare employees, volunteers, clients, and students for challenges ranging from retirement planning and investing to managing emergency shelters and taking care of those affected by natural disasters. She is interested in ethical leadership, empowering employees, and strengthening the bond between employers and their workforce. A strong advocate for community, she serves on her town’s Parks and Recreation Committee and is an advisory board member for the Everybody Plays! Nonprofit.
