BIOGRAPHY:
Dr. Mindy Tait serves as the Chair of the Division of Nursing at Immaculata University. A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and experienced academic leader, she brings decades of clinical experience, higher education administration, and pedagogical expertise to the nursing program. A recipient of the Christian R. and Mary F. Lindback Distinguished Teaching Award and the DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurse Educators, Dr. Tait is dedicated to innovative instruction, nursing assessment, and preparing students for the evolving demands of the healthcare sector. Her scholarship focuses on nursing education methods, incivility in academic settings, and Next-Generation NCLEX preparation strategies. Dr. Tait serves as an abstract reviewer for national organizations including the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) and the National Organization of Nurse Practitioner Faculties (NONPF).
