BIOGRAPHY:
Dr. Melissa Reed has been the Chair of the Education Division and Associate Professor at Immaculata University since August 2015. Prior to joining the faculty in the Division of Education at Immaculata University, Dr. Reed was the Master Teacher Program Director at Gwynedd Mercy University. She has over 20 years of higher education and K-12 experience. She has presented her research on multicultural and global education, as well as technology integration locally, nationally, and at the International Research Methods Summer School at Mary Immaculate College in Limerick, Ireland and The International Education Conference in London, England. Served as the Program Director for the Undergraduate International Studies and Foreign Language (UISFL) Grant and Fulbright-Hays Group Project Abroad from 2016-2018; these grants funded the Global Perspectives in Education program in Lima, Peru that provided undergraduate students with student teaching experience and cultural immersion.
