BIOGRAPHY:

As Associate Dean of the College of Graduate Studies and Research, Dr. Hammons provides strategic and operational leadership for the University’s off-campus graduate cohort programs. In this role, Dr. Hammons works collaboratively with academic departments to develop and expand educational partnerships, support recruitment and student success, and ensure high-quality learning experiences. Dr. Hammons also contributes to accreditation and academic quality initiatives, including service as a peer evaluator for the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. In addition, Dr. Hammons advises graduate students in the Educational Leadership cohort programs, serves on and chairs dissertation committees, and provides leadership on initiatives within the College of Graduate Studies and Research.
