BIOGRAPHY:
I am a licensed attorney and Certified Public Accountant with 35 years of experience working for global multinational companies prior to teaching the next generation of business students at Immaculata beginning Fall 2021. My work experience includes Ernst & Young, Tyco Toys, Zeneca, Syngenta, DuPont, AstraZeneca, Endo and Vertex.

- June 4, 2025, as a Council Member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, (“PICPA”) participated in the PICPA Day on the Hill in Harrisburg, meeting with PA Representative Craig Williams and PA Senator John Kane to discuss emerging issues facing CPAs and specific bills like Senate Bill 719/House Bill 1410, offering an alternative path to CPA licensure in the State of PA.
- May 15, 2025, Immaculate University hosted the Foundation for Free Enterprise Education Stock Market Game Eastern PA Region Awards Banquet at which Bernadette gave the keynote address to the winning students, parents, and teachers in attendance.
- Authored Chapter 5 – Corporate Crime in the book by Christopher Utecht and Darren Stocker entitled White Collar Crime, A Practitioner’s Perspective, Cognella Publishers. Print copy released end of May 2025.
