BIOGRAPHY:

Jessica is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with more than 15 years of experience in pediatric and clinical nutrition, with a focus on the nutrition management of individuals with inborn errors of metabolism. Jessica joined Immaculata in 2022 as Adjunct Faculty and transitioned into her role as Director of the MS in Clinical Nutrition & Dietetic Internship Program in 2023. She has been actively involved on the board of Genetic Metabolic Dietitians International, most recently serving as Treasurer. In addition to her role at Immaculata, Jessica serves as a consultant dietitian for multiple research studies and nutrition industry initiatives.
