Immaculata University is seeking a full time Budget Analyst reporting to the Director of Financial Affairs. The Budget Analyst will work collaboratively with administrative and academic offices to support the annual budget planning and development process. Responsibilities of the position include:
- Maintaining Banner self-service budget module and database functionality; train and advise budget managers;
- Designing and developing financial reports and queries using various database tools and software to report from databases including Banner, payroll and campus one-card systems;
- Developing processes and procedures as needed to analyze and project budget and enrollment data;
- Performing comparative financial analysis for administrative evaluation of budget decisions, financial projections and fiscal practices;

HVAC Maintence Position

Applications are being accepted for a full time HVAC Maintenance position. Requirements include maintaining, installing, troubleshooting and repairing the campus electrical equipment. Equipment includes but not limited to boilers (steam and hot water), chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, VAV devices, pumps, hot water heaters, air compressors, automatic doors, electrical actuators, vacuum pumps, fans, dehumidifiers/humidifiers, refrigeration equipment, air conditioners, kitchen equipment, lighting, generators, fire alarms, and water coolers. This position will perform pipe fitting, sheet metal, electrical work and troubleshooting of electrical and fire alarm systems, card access, and pneumatic DDC control systems.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Provide on-call and after hours coverage. Assist the electrical and general maintenance men. Assist the Facilities Department in the removal of snow on campus.
- Operate light or medium weight trucks and equipment to include tractors and snow removal equipment. Work as directed by the facility management.
- Remain up-to-date and informed as to current practices of job related functions.
- Work with other people that may be contacted in an agreeable manner.
- Cooperate with other people within the department and other department personnel in completing assigned tasks. Perform all duties in a safe and professional manner and in accordance with the department policies and procedures. Complete daily work orders and PM’s. Turn in completed paperwork at the end of each shift worked. Ensure pool, boiler, chiller, waste water treatment plant, mechanical, and water inspections and maintenance are completed and logged daily.
- Ensure service clips, packing slips, and completed paperwork back to the Facilities office daily. Ensure that all work is being conducted in a safe and ethical manner. Complete daily safety inspections.
- Perform any additional duties to support Immaculata University as deemed necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicant must be a high school graduate or equivalent. Completion of certificate courses in commercial or residential heating, air conditioning and/or refrigeration or two years experience repairing and installing commercial or residential heating, air conditioning and electrical systems equipment.
Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Must have own hand tools.
