The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for the overall operation of the housekeeping project team, event setup staff and coordinating the campus driver. Loan and Work Study Coordinator of Financial Aid

This position will hold primary responsibility for managing and executing all administrative tasks required to efficiently and effective support the Vice President for Finance & Administration and requires a strong knowledge of the University’s priorities, policies and practices, as well as working knowledge of the operations of the Finance and Administration division.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for screening telephone calls, responding to inquiries, managing the Vice President’s calendar to schedule appointments, coordinating and organizing meetings, assisting with travel plans for the Vice President, and preparing materials needed for meetings and conference attendance. Maintenance Technician I (2 positions available)
Applications are now being accepted for two (2) full time Maintenance positions to work 40 hours per week, with some overtime required to cover special events or emergencies. One of these positions has primary emphasis on grounds maintenance.
Responsibilities include grounds maintenance as well as maintaining, installing, troubleshooting and repairing campus buildings to include but not limited to walls, doors, windows, ceilings, flooring, lighting, plumbing, basic HVAC, basic electrical, furniture, painting, minor construction, fire sprinklers, fire extinguishers and locks. Must work as directed by management, be willing to follow all safety policies, complete daily paperwork and assist with set ups as needed. Applicants will also assist department with snow removal.
