Immaculata University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position in clinical psychology for the Director of Clinical Training (DCT) and the Executive Training Director, Immaculata University Psychology Internship Consortium (IU-PIC). Requirements: licensed as a psychologist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or license eligible, earned doctoral degree in clinical psychology from an APA accredited program (PsyD preferred), minimum of three years professional experience (in training and supervision). Primary expertise in the area of multicultural competence is desired. The Assistant Director of Multicultural Awarenes is a member of the Student Development and Engagement Division reporting directly to the Director of the Office of Student Involvement.  In partnership with the Director, the Assistant Director supports retention and engagement efforts of the Office of Student Involvement to create and sustain a vibrant campus life, provide support for students with varying cultural perspecties and serves as an advocate for a culturally diverse student community.  As a resource for diversity related initiatives, the Assistant Director coordinates campus-wide culturally based programs and events.  Will develop and promote a multicultural awareness program model, and will assist with the coordination of New Student Orientation, intercultural programs, and student leadership development among all undergradute students.

Network Administrator

Immaculata University is seeking applicants for the position of Network Administrator. The Network Administrator will utilize experience in higher education and an understanding of the university’s issues and concerns to maintain and improve systems, network, telecom, and data center operations. Reporting directly to the Senior Network Administrator, the responsibilities of the Network Administrator include: assembling and performing advanced custom configuration of network and system components (servers, storage arrays, routers, switches, etc.) and maintaining server and network services (connectivity and access); performing custom configuration for complex network devices such as firewalls and VPN concentrators; serving as project manager for projects related to system and network infrastructure; resolving major server and network issues to ensure continuity of university operations; independently upgrading server and network hardware and software components; among other responsibilities. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and the ability to work and participate in a team environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree from a technical school; 2-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of Cisco Switching and Routing including VLAN, VTP, and STP

Web Services Support Lead

The Web Services Support Lead will serve as the primary liaison between the Web Services area and the Immaculata University campus community. The right candidate will work collaboratively with the Director of Web Services, the Office of University Communications and the various academic and administrative offices across campus in order to contribute to the University’s web presence, marketing, messaging and brand. Duties for this position include: function as the primary campus liaison for the web services area, organize and attend meetings with campus departments regarding Web Services & gather initial project specifications from these meetings, gather project specifications and maintain project documentation, provide training and demos of completed projects to campus department, function as the point-person for campus support for all web-related issues, responds to support calls and emails sent to Web Services, and triage support requests. Facilities - Housekeeping Manager

The primary function of the Facitilies - Housekeeping Manager is to oversee the overall operation of the Housekeeping Department, to include scheduling, budgeting, coordinating, and reporting of department activities. The primary role of the position is to plan, organize, and coordinate a university intercollegiate athletic team. The Head Women's Soccer Coach is responsible for coaching student athletes, individually and as a team, on techniques and strategies of the sport as well as plan, organize, and implement practice and competition event sessions. In addition, the head athletic coach should keep accurate records of student-athlete participation, maintain statistics and general team data, and assist the sports information direction in the training of student workers. Human Resource Assistant

Immaculata is seeking applicants for the position of Human Resource Assistant.  The Human Resource Assistant will perfom a variety of complex technical and administrative duties relating to personnel functions and programs including the areas of employment recruitment, workers compensation, benefits administration and employee relations.  This position provides information and assistance to employees regarding human resource activities, processes, policies and procedures. Supports the HR department by preparing various correspondence, providing administrative support and coordinating activities related to the area of assignment. General secretarial duties which may include: mail, appointment scheduling, answering the telephone, ordering supplies and maintaininig employee files.  Also includes managing the recruitment advertising including updating the University's Job Opportunities section; posting openings on requested websites and coordinating newspaper ads.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • This candidate should have three to five years of Human Resource experience.  
  • Knowledge of applicable HR regulations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, main confidentiality and problem solve.
  • PHR certification a plus.
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Expert in Word, Excel and Power Point.

Maintenance Technician

Immaculata University invites applications for a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform tasks related to maintaining and improving Immaculata Universities grounds, grounds equipment and facilities mechanical systems in order to provide a safe, functional, and attractive environment for the campus’ students, faculty, staff, administrators, and visitors. Work may be assigned independently or as a member of a work team. This position is considered essential and will require the candidate to be willing to work some nights and weekends to assist with campus emergencies such as snow, flooding, or storm clean up. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to safely and effectively operate heavy machinery such as tractors/loaders, dump trucks, plow trucks, and other equipment and perform minor equipment repair as needed. Additional responsibilities include lawn care, landscape, and waste pick up.
