Immaculata University is currently accepting applications for a 12-month Employer Relations & Marketing Coordinator. This position will provide support for the programs and services available through the Career Development office, advise students on career resources, as well as provide information regarding resumes, cover letters, experiential opportunities, jobs, and other topics as appropriate. This position will also maintain and develop the website, social media sites, and online instructional resources. The Employer Relations & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with employers and alumni, marketing and advertising of programs, services, and resources, as well as providing support for these programs and maintaining and developing the externship program.
The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in the areas of Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or related filed. Master’s degree in the areas of Higher Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred. Must have 1-3 years’ experience in college career services, human resources, recruiting, or a closely related field. Must have an understanding of employment and higher education laws. A valid driver’s license is required or equivalent means of reliable transportation to off-site meetings and events. Immaculata University is seeking applications for a Full time Maintenance Supervisor. The Maintenance Supervisor maintains, installs, troubleshoots and repairs campus electrical equipment, including but not limited to boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, VAV devices, pumps, hot water heaters, air compressors, automatic doors, vacuum pumps, fans, refrigeration equipment, kitchen equipment, lighting, generators, fire alarms and water coolers. The Maintenance Supervisor will have direct oversight of the mechanical maintenance staff, conduct employee training in work practices and safety, and support the Director of Facilities in implementing overall snow removal operations. The Maintenance Supervisor will provide on-call and after hours coverage, and is required to work during school closures.
Minimum of five years HVAC Supervisory experience or 10 years HVAC experience to include boilers and chillers is required. Must be able to plan and organize the work of others as well as maintain effective relations with management team and fellow employees, and have the ability to anticipate customer needs, change goals and multitask. Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is required. Applicant must possess a valid driver’s license, be insurable, and have the ability to lift and carry items weighing 50 pounds. Athletics Maintenance Specialist

Immaculata University is seeking applications for a 30-hour per week Athletics Maintenance Specialist. The Athletics Maintenance Specialist provides assistance in maintaining all aspects of maintenance and upkeep to Immaculata’s athletic-related facilities and grounds as well as all associated equipment. Areas of responsibility include routine maintenance and repair of all game and practice fields that include, but is not limited to, Draper Walsh Stadium’s synthetic field (sweeping, dragging, refilling with rubber pellets, line striping), baseball and softball fields (dragging, raking, watering, edging, control of weeds), tennis courts (power washing, windscreens), and locker rooms, athletic training area and gyms in Alumnae Hall (maintain backboards, rims, nets, floors). The Athletics Maintenance Specialist will need to interact with Athletic Department administrators, coaches and staff to maintain athletic fields and practice facilities as well as properly functioning equipment and a safe and clean working environment. High school diploma/GED required. Basic knowledge of computer skills required. Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. Must have good communication skills and ability to operate basic hand and small power tools. Experience maintaining athletic fields, preferably at the NCAA level, is preferred.
