Admissions Counselor

Immaculata University seeks an experienced professional for the position of Admission Counselor in the Office of Undergraduate Admission. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: recruitment and admission of undergraduate students, managing the admission process from initial contact to enrollment. Duties include travel to recruitment events, review applications and render decisions, on-campus events, presentations, review/writing of publications, other duties as outlined within a busy admission office.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. 1-3 years of admission experience preferred for the position. Must possess good oral and written communication skills. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team as well as good interpersonal skills are required. Some weekend and evening work involved. This position has the following primary responsibilites: market online programs, manage all aspects of program administration, support online program faculty, and recruit, advise, and retain online program students. The Director works cooperatively and interfaces with various academic and administrative departments and must be well acquainted with current practices in educational technology and learning outcomes. Head Athletic Trainer

Responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to: administrative duties of the athletic training room, athletic training coverage at all games and practices, supervision of student workers and other duties as assigned. Special emphasis will be placed on the prevention, evaluation, treatment and documentation of athletic injuries, and the development and supervision of rehabilitation programs for student-athletes within the 19 intercollegiate sports programs. The position involves working evenings, weekends and some travel. The successful candidate must have a bachelor's degree, NATA certification and be eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania.
