Master's program applications

The College of Graduate Studies operates on a rolling admissions basis for applications to master's level programs. You may apply online or print and submit a paper application. Whether you submit an electronic copy or a paper copy, please be sure to submit the required reference forms. 

Doctoral program applications

The College of Graduate Studies has specific deadlines for submitting applications to doctoral programs.

Please print the application for the program in which you are interested. 

• Doctor of Education (higher education) - Due June 1 to begin in the fall
• Doctor of Education (K-12) - Due March 1 to begin in the summer; due June 1 to begin in the fall
• Doctor of Psychology - Clinical Psychology - Due January 15 to begin in the summer or fall
