Over the next 14 days, be sure you are making Mighty Choices! Verify your pledge to keep ALL self-check practices.
- No fever 100 or higher
- No shaking or chills
- No muscle pain or fatigue
- No cough
- No sore throat
- No shortness of breath
- No difficulty breathing
- No abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea
- No new loss of taste or smell
- No traveling to a place of high prevalence of COVID-19
- No contact within 6 feet for >15 minutes with a person that has tested positive for COVID-19
- No social gatherings
