New Security Initiative in ADP Workforce Now

ADP has announced a new global security enhancement within ADP Workforce Now. This initiative will be rolling out over the next several weeks and will streamline a secure experience for employees while helping to prevent fraudulent activity when accessing ADP.

What does this mean for IU employees?

• During the two-factor authentication process upon login, employee users will no longer see the option to receive a one-time passcode via email.
• Employee users will only have the option to receive a one-time passcode via mobile phone, and only when there is a unique, verified, and consented mobile phone number on their record within ADP Workforce Now.
