New Event Management System

Immaculata University will be transitioning from EMS to Mazévo as our new campus-wide event management system. This change will help streamline the event scheduling process and offer improved functionality for everyone who plans or manages events on campus.

Key Dates & Information

  • Final EMS Entry Deadline All events taking place through July 31must be entered into EMS no later than June 2. After that date, you will no longer be able to submit new events or changes in EMS.
  • Managing Changes (June–July) If you need to make any adjustments to existing reservations in June or July, please contact Briar Murtaugh directly at bmurtaugh@immaculata.edu.
  • Mazévo Training We will provide training on the new Mazévo system at the end of Julyto ensure you are prepared and comfortable using it for all future event scheduling.

We believe this new platform will be a significant improvement and will better support the growing needs of our campus community. Thank you in advance for your cooperation during this transition.
