Cecelia Oswald volunteers her time and works with and collaborates with everybody. She is very respectful of diversity and willingly shares her expertise with the sustainability committee. As far as kindness, she helps other people whenever she sees a need.

Another nominator said that Cecelia Oswald, the Director of Institutional Research, 1s a collegial and a supportive member of the IU community. The very nature of Cecelia’s work is to give people access to knowledge. Cecelia has a unique ability to look beyond the data to see the whole picture of IU. She is always willing and ready to help. Nothing is too much.
