Erin Kirschmann fulfills the mission of IU in a variety of ways. She is committed to scholarship, and she is service-oriented and advocates for those in need. Faith is important to her, she lives by her values and interacts with others in a loving and respectful manner. Students are always seeking out Erin for guidance on classwork, research, referrals for support/counseling, career advice, and even how to access transportation. She is generous with her time and is a role model for integrity and professionalism.
