Living the Mission – Golden Heart Nominees Highlighted

Dear Immaculata Community,

Karen Miscavage embodies the spirit of the core value of Immaculata University in the area of community. Her efforts in the young athletes’ program here at Immaculata are a clear example of this.  She welcomes young children with disabilities who come to Immaculata University and with college student support, participate in various athletic activities and games.  This supports the Immaculata community to become more accepting of diversity. Karen also embodies the spirit of the core value of service. She is always volunteering and participating in various events and activities at Immaculata.
