Important Information about Summer and Fall Registration

For undergraduate students, summer registration opens on March 17 and fall registration opens on April 7. Students should connect with their advisor soon to prepare for registration.

NEW: Beginning with the fall 2025 term, PINS are no longer required for registration. However, honors students and learning support students will continue to have a PIN to be able to register on the first day. All traditional students will have a registration hold (RH) placed on their account which will be removed following the meeting with your advisor.

Please log into SSIU, Student Records, and click on Student Profile. At the top right of your page, you will see “Holds.” Click here to learn about any holds currently applied to your account.

If you have a hold from the business office, please log into your Student Account Center to submit payment for any outstanding fees or email studentaccounts@immaculata.edu with any questions. If you have a “Registration Advisement Hold,” please contact your faculty advisor for a meeting to resolve this. Email academicadvising@immaculata.edu with any questions.

• April 7 – Undergraduate Fall Registration Begins
• Seniors and Honors Register April 7
• Juniors Register April 8
• Sophomores Register April 9
• Freshmen Register April 10
