Immaculata University Partners with PCOM to Admit Students to DO Program

Immaculata University has entered into a partnership with Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) to create a pathway for undergraduate students to the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) program.

Students from Immaculata’s science-related undergraduate programs can apply for the 4+4 DO program where they continue their education at PCOM immediately after successful completion of their undergraduate degree. Students must complete all required coursework, maintain a minimum 3.25 GPA, and earn a minimum score of a 504 composite with at least a 126 on each section of the Medical College Admissions Test (MCAT) and follow admissions procedures for PCOM.

“Immaculata University is pleased to have an opportunity to partner with PCOM. Immaculata strives to expand our academic partnerships for current and prospective students. Leveraging the expertise from each institution Immaculata and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine are creating a seamless pathway for students to become DOs” states Dr. Angela Tekely, vice president for Academic Affairs and provost.
