Campus Groups/Clubs

Advocacy

Environmental Club: This club promotes the coming together of the Immaculata community through picking up trash, supporting and collaborating on environmental projects, and keeping the campus clean by cutting down on waste.

Garden Club: Students with a mission to supply local food banks through the cultivation of fresh produce. Additionally, Muddy Macs will provide the IU community with valuable information regarding nutrition and healthy living.

Macs Respect Life: Macs Respect Life is the Pro-Life group on the campus of Immaculata University.

IU for the Troops: This group raises money and awareness for the Wounded Warriors Project and shows support for our veterans as well as our current and future service members.

Multicultural

African American Cultural Society: A club dedicated to promoting diversity, educating people, and uniting people of all races for the common good of the community.

Association of Latino Professionals for America: This group’s purpose is to expand opportunities for networking, mentorship, scholarship programs, and internship opportunities for Immaculata students.

Latin Flavor: A group that works to establish a deep appreciation for Latino culture and customs among the students and staff of the Immaculata community.

Spectrum: The purpose of this club is to promote and assist in the education of the student body about the LGBT population. The organization shall educate interested parties in how to be resources to the student body and supportive of this population. This shall be done through educational programming and regular information meetings.

Spirituality

Catholic Relief Services Ambassadors: Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is dedicated to making as much improvement as possible in regard to the quality of life of those in need. CRS ambassadors call the University community to action by providing informative teachings related to specific social justice issues.

Crown of Creation: A safe and sacred place for women to gather in faith, while providing an opportunity to grow relationships with God and each other, by educating on Christian femininity and discovering what it means to be a woman of faith in the world today.
