Management Graduate Certificate
Graduate Studies

Effective managers of modern enterprises bring order to complex and often chaotic environments. Their skill sets enable them to work within the organization to plan, organize and solve challenging problems.

In Immaculata’s Graduate Certificate in Management, you will focus on learning these critical skills sets to drive organizational success. The four required courses help you develop your own authentic leader-manager style, hone your interpersonal skills and expose you to a range of decision-making tools to assist you with understanding organizational resources and building strategic plans.

You can complete this 12-credit certificate through a hybrid of online and face-to-face coursework, earning a stand-alone credential that provides professional development without the necessity of committing to a master’s degree. Or you may apply the credits toward Immaculata’s Master of Science in Management and Leadership.

  • Understand the systems impacting organizations and leverage systems thinking to solve challenges within complex and chaotic environments
  • Develop data-driven, analytic intelligence, business knowledge and skills to make better decisions and solve problems in an environment characterized by complexity and ambiguity
